Full-Suite Renewable Design & Delivery Lead: I head the technical design and specifications for Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, and Heat Pump (ASHP/GSHP) installations. Beyond design, I lead multi-disciplinary field teams, manage end-to-end material procurement, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery from initial concept to final commissioning.

In this role, I spearheaded the technical design and regional delivery for a wide portfolio of renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, and Heat Pump systems (ASHP/GSHP). I was responsible for overseeing multiple installation teams across the region, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and project timelines. My remit included end-to-end material procurement, supply chain coordination, and acting as the primary technical liaison for high-value clients to ensure seamless commissioning and handovers.

Supply Chain & Materials Lead (Heating Division): I spearheaded the procurement and logistics strategy for the heating department, managing all supplier accounts and inventory workflows. By maintaining daily communication with installation teams and optimizing supply chain cycles, I ensured zero site downtime and significantly reduced material waste. I was responsible for the end-to-end efficiency of the department, frequently managing complex logistical hurdles and late-stage planning to guarantee that project momentum was never lost. My focus was on high-accuracy ordering and resource allocation to maintain peak operational performance across all live sites.
