About me
I have a rich professional background including successful tenures in management consulting, Agile coaching, operations and sales management. Most recently I built Capita Consulting’s Agile capability (a multi-million £ profit centre) which introduces, adapts and exploits Agile principles to deliver business transformation, change projects and operational excellence for clients across markets.
This variety has given me practical insights into the complex challenges facing organisations at different stages in their life cycle, and a pragmatic approach to developing and delivering sustainable solutions to them. A systems thinker with 15+ years of experience, I listen attentively, qualify needs, understand constraints and work productively with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes, drawing from a pool of tools and techniques as required.
