KEY HIGHLIGHTS
As Car & Classic’s first product owner I had the exciting opportunity of leading their product transformation
from a free classified site to a transactional marketplace. I was responsible for curating and launching a brand new fee-paying service, whilst also improving the overall user experience and website UI. I was also responsible for all auction platform optimisations and BAU changes.
I was brought into On The Beach to help evolve the product function. Whilst working remotely during the pandemic, I successfully restructured and recruited into the team. I introduced Jake Knapp’s Design Sprint methodology as part of a strategic site redesign, and successfully delivered the automation of circa £165m customer refunds.
At thinkmoney I was tasked with leading the digital transformation of the telephony-based budgeting account. This included creating and delivering a compelling product roadmap. Focusing on customer onboarding, digital adoption and product ancillary cross-sell.
As Senior Product Manager on a greenfield project with startup 10x banking and Virgin Money, I led a crosscompany multi-skilled agile scrum team. I combined innovative technologies in the bank account onboarding, lending and Open Banking space, with customer-centric design to disrupt the market and help make customers better off.
I spent 5 years at Moneysupermarket reporting to the CPO leading key strategic work. As Head of Product Ops this included managing a team of UX designers, PMs, analysts and front-end developers to deliver 12 product design sprints that created 16 new prototypes, generating incremental revenue of £1.2m.
