In my current role, I lead multiple projects while overseeing a team of professionals across Product Management, Product Design, and Design Research. I drive strategic alignment, ensuring that our products are user-centric, market-ready, and aligned with business objectives. My focus is on fostering collaboration, guiding the team through the product development lifecycle, and delivering impactful solutions that balance innovation with execution.

As Head of Design at Zenhomes, I led a team of 15 designers and built the organizational structure of the design chapter. This included defining career paths, conducting end-of-year reviews, holding regular 1:1 meetings, and driving the professional development of the team. Beyond team leadership, I spearheaded the strategic development of a new brand and a new product, ensuring alignment with business objectives. I also oversaw the design team’s outcomes, ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

I led design for several corporate startup ventures across various industries, driving the development of multiple products and successfully launching one startup. My role spanned different stages of the venture lifecycle—conceptualization, validation, and commercialization—adapting design strategies to fit each phase's unique challenges and opportunities.
