I started my career supporting programme delivery and financial operations in an international nonprofit setting, working closely with teams to make sure projects ran smoothly, budgets were tracked, and reporting requirements were met. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how organisations actually function behind the scenes, not just financially, but structurally and operationally.

This led me to focus more deeply on finance and operations, and eventually to leading these functions in a growing international organisation. What I’ve learned is that most organisations don’t need overly complex solutions. They need systems and processes that actually work in their context.
