With over a decade of experience, I have a passion for turning dull learning into captivating journeys and helping organisations level up their employees' skills, ensure compliance, and perform at their best.

I thrive on challenges, especially when it comes to digital learning. For the last 2.5 years, I have project managed the end-to-end eLearning design work of a busy Health and Safety consultancy which provides compliance training to a wide variety of clients, in addition to managing the team and my own design work.

My past experience includes the end-to-end design of eLearning, blended learning and face-to-face training, managing learning management systems and training delivery. My toolkit includes Storyline, Rise and the Adobe Creative Suite and my knowledge of learning theory is backed up by a Postgraduate diploma in Technology, Education, and Learning from the University of Leeds.
