    • PMO Strategic transformation: Lead PMO for a regional pharma HQ transformation across 14+ countries and ~3,000 FTEs, co-developing a new operating model covering structure, roles, decision rights and governance to speed up decisions, strengthen team ownership and support pipeline growth.
    • HQ optimisation: Optimised HQ medical and customer experience functions, realizing ~€1m annual savings and a 4.5 FTE reduction through activity mapping, process review and FTE cost analysis.
    • Supply chain operating model: Project managed cross-functional teams to address supply shortages, designing a new end-to-end supply operating model to improve product availability and deliver ~€3m annual revenue uplift.
