Before becoming a UX/UI designer, I spent 7+ years working inside customer-facing operations across e-commerce, fintech, and tech support — which means I don't just design interfaces, I understand why users get frustrated, where they drop off, and what makes them stay.

I bring that real-world empathy into every project, combined with a full design process: UX research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
