I am a data specialist with an MSc in Bioinformatics and a BSc in genetics. I am highly skilled in cleaning, QC, analysis and visualisation of large, complex datasets. My professional experience has been focused around cleaning messy experimental datasets and developing organised, user-friendly databases. Using R and Python programming, I can generate report-ready figures from scientific datasets, and can provide well-annotated scripts detailing my analysis.

In addition, I have developed successful websites for small business and have helped set up databases and analysis workflows for business data.
