I provide expert advise on the university's EDI plan data and monitoring objectives, support in data consultations (e.g., HESA) and system data categorisation, and deliver process improvements to support equality reporting requirements.

- Authored (and now leading) the OU EDI Data & Reporting objectives in the institution's EDI business plan

Higher Education, Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), People Services/HR I am responsible for the data and reporting processes of our institutional EDI projects including equality charters (Athena Swan and Race Equality), EDI monitoring reports and staff engagement surveys. I am also relied upon by 16 Academic Schools to provide support and guidance on data reporting requirements for their departmental gender equality charter application, Athena Swan. Within the first year, I designed and delivered the university's first 'Athena Swan Data Pack': a suite of self serve reports comprising of the mandatory data requirements for Athena Swan along with an Information Pack containing user-end guidance resources. To further support the university's equality applications, I facilitate annual data analysis workshops where I train staff on a range of data-related topics from data visualisation to qualitative thematic analysis. I also specialise in mixed method approaches. At the OU, I am responsible for designing and analysing staff and student surveys, and developing and streamline data frameworks and processes. Examples of duties:

• Facilitating informative Data Analysis workshops for Self-Assessment Teams.
