Over the past years I led the Digital Factory of a Big Four firm, growing it to a 350+ FTE, multi country organisation with delivery hubs in Europe, North Africa and Asia and a budget in the multi million range. I combine strategy, technology and execution so that ideas do not stay in slides, but become live products, reusable assets and new revenue streams.
