About Kimberly

If your organization is navigating a digital transformation, a systems integration that has stalled, or an AI implementation that needs governance before it can scale, I am the person you bring in to make it land. I build PMO functions from scratch, govern enterprise-wide delivery programs, align engineering and business priorities, and own outcomes where the margin for error is low.

I am a PMO transformation expert and senior technical program leader with 23+ years delivering measurable business outcomes across healthcare, insurance, SaaS, and telecommunications. A 90% reduction in security vulnerabilities. A $20M+ program delivered on budget. A forecasting initiative that generated $700K in cost savings. That is what execution at this level looks like.

What sets me apart is the combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution discipline. I do not just advise, I get in the work. I have led multi-platform integrations across Dynamics, Workday, Pramata, and Salesforce, built cybersecurity analytics capabilities in regulated environments, and standardized delivery frameworks that outlasted the engagement.
I work with enterprise and mid-market clients across US and European markets on a fractional or contract basis, which means you get senior program leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire. Based in Madrid, I am fluent in cross-cultural delivery and equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds.

I also lead CIC Elevate, an AI governance and strategy practice helping organizations implement AI responsibly, with operational readiness, integration planning, and change management built in from day one.

  • CIC Corporate Solutions
    Found & Fractional PMO Leader
    January 2017 - Today (9 years and 5 months)
I founded CIC Corporate Solutions to deliver senior technical program leadership and execution governance for organizations navigating complex digital transformation. Clients engage on a fractional basis when they need experienced PMO leadership without a full-time executive hire, typically for systems integrations, cybersecurity initiatives, or large-scale transformations where both strategic oversight and hands-on execution accountability are required.

My engagements span healthcare, insurance, SaaS, and telecommunications. In each, I serve as the executive escalation point for delivery risk, cross-functional alignment, and technical decision-making. I come in when programs have stalled, integrations have lost alignment, or organizations need someone who will own outcomes and not just manage tasks. I have worked in regulated industries, large matrixed organizations, and fast-moving SaaS environments and am comfortable in all three.

I also lead CIC Elevate, an AI strategy and governance division that helps organizations assess AI readiness, design responsible implementation frameworks, and implement AI in a way that works with how the organization already operates. I work across US and European markets.

  • National Healthcare Performance & Operations Organization
    Sr. Consultant/Sr. Technical Project Manager
    June 2025 - December 2025 (6 months)
Led the Pramata workstream within a three-platform enterprise integration connecting Microsoft Dynamics, Pramata, and Workday for a national healthcare performance and operations organization. This was not a single-system implementation. It was a complex, multi-vendor initiative requiring simultaneous management of configuration, workflow design, document governance, and integration touchpoints across legal, procurement, IT, and external vendor teams.

The coordination challenge was significant. Each team had its own priorities, timelines, and technical dependencies. My role was to hold the workstream together, make sure decisions moved at the pace the integration required, and surface misalignment before it created rework or compliance risk. I maintained alignment across parallel integration tracks throughout, keeping the Pramata workstream synchronized with Dynamics and Workday delivery while managing escalations, validating functionality, and ensuring document governance met regulatory and contractual standards.

  • National Health Insurance & Healthcare Services Provider
    Sr. Consultant/Sr. Project Manager
    June 2024 - March 2025 (9 months)
Led three parallel workstreams for a national health insurance provider spanning broker onboarding integration, Salesforce platform consolidation, and member wellness portal delivery. The first workstream centered on onboarding brokers to sell insurance products, connecting broker data, credentialing, and operational workflows into the organization's existing systems. I partnered directly with business and product owners to create test scenarios, validate functionality, and ensure integrated systems performed as designed before brokers went live.

The second workstream was a large-scale Salesforce implementation that consolidated all of the organization's existing tools and systems into a single unified broker-facing portal. I owned the full communication and engagement strategy, keeping C-suite executives in the loop through regular reporting and direct briefings and coordinating company-wide release communications so no one was caught off guard when it went live. I wrote all training materials from scratch, built and maintained a centralized repository giving teams organized access to documentation, and led technical documentation development across the full delivery lifecycle.

The third workstream was a member wellness portal designed to encourage healthy behaviors by rewarding members with points for activities such as annual exams and fitness memberships. I partnered with the business to create test scenarios, supervised testing execution, and managed one added layer that required careful coordination: the portal was delivered in both English and Spanish, requiring full coordination of translation, localization, and bilingual implementation across all content and system touchpoints.
