Lamiaa Abouelala

My upbringing in Morocco and international experience has impacted my decision-making and ambition towards becoming the designer I am today.

I have worked on international projects across Spain, Netherlands, New York, Hong Kong, Morocco, Ghana and Senegal; working on socially and environmentally driven projects like the Thabo Mbeki Presidential Library in South Africa. I thrive in fuelling my experience and knowledge into my current and future projects.

The Projects I dedicate myself to range from branding and logo design for restaurants in Marbella to humanitarian school projects in Senegal. I am currently working on the architectural and interior design of a luxury villa in Marbella, overseeing and drafting architectural drawings to designing all interiors. All the diverse projects I embody have helped provide me with sufficient drive and ambition to go beyond what is simple but leap for how simple could fix complex situations.

Having lived in 5 different countries, I am able to develop an understanding of various cultural requirements and nuances. As an extrovert fluent in four different languages (English, Arabic, French, and Spanish), I have been able to achieve great communication skills with co-workers, clients and end-users.
