• Directed a portfolio of 10 million USD annually and current team size of 200+ resources as a Delivery Partner for the TCS AWS Business Unit with growth plans for a group of Telecom and Media customers (Foxtel, TPG, Telstra, Stuff, News Corp Australia, Toshiba, Sky NZ) in Australia and New Zealand covering AWS support, App modernization, core services and business solutions to meet TCS and customer strategic and financial objectives.

• Managed a portfolio of 4 million USD annually and team size of 60+ resources as a Delivery Partner for BFSI US East digital horizontal for the client Prudential International Insurance covering location across Bangalore, Ireland, Brazil, China, and Mexico covering application development and production support. Collaborated with technology, architecture, Product management and design teams to drive outcomes with focus on enriched customer experience.

• Spearheaded a portfolio of 8 million USD annually and team size of 130+ resources as a Delivery Partner for the client Nantmedia Holdings LLC across California, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad covering Application, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity support for 170 applications as well as strategic programs such as the AWS to Azure migration to meet customer strategic and financial objectives.

• Led project management activities such as project planning, costing, estimation, resource planning, vendor management (Mahindra Satyam), project delivery and co-ordination for the various initiatives that involved data and application changes in salesforce.com, Siebel and SAP as per scheduled Go-live dates.

• Proposed a Release Governance Process mechanism into the URM delivery engine to senior management to improve quality of deliverables by using suitable templates and process models for Development, Configuration and Release Management.

• Chaired discussions around planning, budgeting, and resource estimation exercise for Siebel projects for 2011 with stakeholders.

• Updated architecture landscape and integration views for the Siebel CRM application with changes that have come in via various projects to provide stakeholders with an architecture view of current landscape.

• Coordinated architecture design for the Siebel to SAP integration points as a part of the B2CC program. To kick start this worked in NYC with stakeholders from the process and technology teams for 2 months at the start of 2010 and assisted in architecture, planning and co-ordination activities with Siebel development team in Bangalore.

• Received an ability Siebel Analytics.

• Architected and proposed solution to implement SSO 2 (Single Sign On Phase 2) for Siebel CRM and Siebel Analytics including seamless access to Analytics Dashboards via custom ISAPI filter on the IIS web server to redirect users to login via internal Siteminder implementation called SAFE to maintain SOX compliance.

• Facilitated a knowledge transfer for the current GCDB and MIRA to Siebel ICM Interfaces to a team of 3 developers from IBM resource which was reused for the Siebel ICM – TRUST integration development.

• Managed a team of 16 resources and provided technical guidance and solutions to complex problems during the post upgrade phase and provided inputs towards analysis of logs generated by the upgrade process to identify root cause for potential problems and plan for solutions and fixes in the later stages of the projects.

• Conducted technical code reviews for complex fixes carried out by the project team to ensure high quality of deliverable throughout the project life cycle after the team lead and peer-reviews.

• Led project estimation, sizing and resource allocation activities for delivery of the fixed modules in the Siebel 8.0 upgraded application.

• Led frontline project delivery activities for modules involving Opportunities, Call Reports, Order Management and Personalization Administration entities.

• Provided methodology and guidance to the team for best practices to follow for accurate status reporting and agile resource allocation to meet the tight timelines as well as quality checklist to maintain high quality of deliverable.

• Led co-ordination and planning activities to formulate a process for tracking and resolution of defects identified as a part of the Assembly Testing and Internal Validation being carried out by T-Systems France and Societe Generale for modules delivered by the Cognizant India team.
