My work sits at the intersection of software architecture, on-prem -> cloud migrations, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and delivery alignment, all with an eye for Security standards (ISO27001, NIST-2) and Site-Reliability-Engineering (SRE).

I step in when teams are under pressure, technical initiatives have stalled, or critical knowledge is trapped in silos. I combine hands-on implementation with structured collaboration so companies can move from firefighting to steady progress.

A recent example: I supported a fast-growing company in the energy and critical infrastructure space that had outgrown parts of its legacy setup. What looked like a migration problem was also an organizational one: every team understood its own process, but dependencies across teams were largely invisible. Requests piled up, priorities collided, and key engineers were stuck in constant reactive work.

First I helped relieve pressure at the technical core, especially around database and infrastructure topics, while working with teams to create a shared view of the existing architecture and critical processes. Once hidden dependencies became visible, communication improved, conflicts lost intensity, and technical work became easier to coordinate. As a result, data migration became a lost easier, cloud migration gained momentum, and reporting moved closer to a shared source of truth (Master-Data + Data pipeline).
