As an independent Dynamics 365 Solution Architect and Microsoft BizApps MVP, I bring over 17 years of experience helping global organizations implement scalable ERP and CRM solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. I specialize in Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and CRM modules—designing architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems, the Power Platform, and Azure services.

I lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle—from requirement gathering and documentation (FDDs, SDDs, TDDs) to architecture design, Dual-Write setup, data migration strategies, and integration with Salesforce or external systems. I actively engage with Microsoft FastTrack and Product Group teams to address critical issues and ensure alignment with best practices.

A core part of my role involves governance and quality control—defining development standards, enforcing gated check-ins in Azure DevOps, and leading code reviews. I guide global on-shore/off-shore teams, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals, technical architecture, and Microsoft conventions.

My focus on automation and insights extends to building Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and low-code Power Apps. I’ve also integrated Microsoft Copilot and Fabric to drive innovation and reduce reliance on middleware.

As a certified trainer (MCT), I lead training programs covering LCS, Visual Studio, Azure services, and ISV solutions. I'm also active in the global BizApps community, speaking at conferences and organizing user-group meetups to share knowledge and shape future roadmaps.

In this role as an external resource, I helped to develop and deliver the Development and Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations training worldwide for Microsoft to its staff and partner channel. This covers Lifecycle Services, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Online, Power BI, SSRS, Management Reporter, and Azure. Delivered workshops in Denmark, Italy, Spain, the United States, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and remotely.

Advice and assist Client staff and external developers in designing and coding complex customizations. Review code produced by developers, including Client staff and external developers, educate them in complying with Microsoft, industry, and Client-specific best practices. On-going training and mentoring staff of the Client in development in D365FO. Assist Client and Contractor staff with other technical D365FO tasks, i.e. data migration, integration, and infrastructure.
