Accountable for financial management from procurement to reporting. Managed operational efficiencies for multi-million-dollar SAP license operations, addressing compliance, contracts, and renewals from ECC to S4 On Prem as well as RIS. Oversaw SAP compliance, vendor relationships, and contract management, achieving improved operational performance across global teams.

I was brought back in to unofficially support the Head of SAP who was struggling with role demands and I kept the operations running smooth despite this person leaving midway. Will be transitioning to another new permanent staff.

ERP landscape. Was accountable for SAP solution stability (SPA for all SAP escalations and compliance), SAP License Management (SAP on-premise as well as SAP cloud license, including compliance) as well as the SAP Service Management team of over 750 personnel from a 3rd party provider. Initiated the renewal of the service vendor contract and improved relationship with SAP. Successfully transitioned smoothly to 2 permanent staff.

Scope was over 2000 interfaces; supporting all the business applications with DevOps team. Delivered successfully. Solutioning the integration was also part of the scope; this required understanding the current enterprise application integration capabilities including the use of services-based frameworks and other data integration technologies.
