I manage Application Management Services across 12+ active clients spanning multiple industries, delivering incident resolution, functional specifications, and change management aligned with ITIL practices.

Within the team, I lead on AI workflow automation and AI agent engineering — designing and building the agent systems and integrations that reduce manual overhead in day-to-day consulting operations. This includes building custom MCP server integrations connecting AI agents to internal systems, designing document generation pipelines, and implementing quality validation loops to ensure reliability of AI-produced outputs in a live professional environment.

On the SAP side, I work across ECC and S/4HANA covering SD, MM, PP, LE and FICO — handling everything from root cause analysis and ABAP debugging through to functional spec authoring and client-facing change delivery.

Led the end-to-end SAP ECC implementation for the UK operation across SD, MM, PP, LE and FICO — from functional design through go-live and into sustained support. Subsequently led the full transition to S/4HANA, owning the migration from ECC through to go-live in May 2023.

Beyond core SAP delivery, I designed and built process automation across the operation using data-driven selection — quantifying manual effort and process variability to identify where automation delivered the highest return. Outcomes included order processing automation via APIs and RPA that reduced daily manual intervention to near zero, EDI/IDoc integrations that converted over 10% of turnover to e-ordering within the first year, and an e-commerce rollout that converted a further 20% to digital ordering within the first month of launch.

Integration work was built with data integrity as the design constraint — idempotency controls at the BAPI layer, deduplication logic anchored to SAP as the final authority, and automation scoped only to processes with validated business logic. This is the same reliability-first thinking I now apply to AI agent systems.

Contributed to the full SAP ECC implementation for the Brazilian operation across SD, MM, PP, LE and WMS — working across functional and technical delivery from rollout through hypercare. This was a greenfield project with no prior ERP in place, which meant broad hands-on skillinvolvement across configuration, testing, data migration and end-user support from day one.

Alongside the ERP work, I built and maintained an internal web portal in PHP/MySQL to provide process visibility and reporting beyond what SAP offered out of the box. Also drove BI capability improvements that gave the business its first reliable operational reporting layer.

Additionally responsible for IT infrastructure during a full site relocation — covering networking, servers and WiFi planning from CAD drawings through to supplier coordination and go-live.

The technical and architectural patterns from this implementation directly informed the design of the subsequent WAGO UK rollout.
