★ Manage IT Network and IT infrastructure. ★Involved in new tech projects and upgrades, as well as working on business as-usual issues. ★Working closely with their in-house software development and data teams to ensure objectives are met. ★Look after the network and infrastructure, including two data centres and extensive AWS use, some GCP/Azure ★Manage the Change Process of internal and external software/hardware. ★Manage the infrastructure in the UK and remotely for satellite offices around the world. ★Build tools/scripts and support previously developed tools and improve automation. ★Provide support dealing with incidents, daily checks, upgrades, changes, backups & monitoring. ★Understand and improve monitoring all aspects of infrastructure: performance, stability, resilience, and cost.

★Manage AWS Cloud server in other services ★Firewall management specially WatchGuard (Brach office VPN and Remote VPN) ★Manage Cisco Devices ★Linux server Trouble shooting ★Manage VOIP systems -Asterisk/Freepbx ,Voispeed ★Web technologies and web hosting Virtual machine environment on 2012 Hyper V ★SAN storage. Firewall management. (VPN, VLAN's, Log Server, Report Server etc ★Perform network and security audits Manage Local Hyper V 2012 VM environment ★Network infrastructure, server maintenance and development ★Web servers (Nginx, Apache) installation and configuration
