Over the last ten months, I’ve driven the creation of a commercially focused go-to-market strategy for a UK boutique consultancy, reshaping its value proposition and sales story to win credibility and market share in the UK energy sector. I built a targeted outreach engine and a high-conversion sales kit that now positions the firm to open doors with senior buyers, shorten sales cycles, and compete more effectively for transformational programmes.

King's College London is one England's oldest and pre-eminent academic institutions. They have agreed a multi-year programme of transformation, with a specific focus on enhancing student experience via a total overhaul of their operations/professional services. The investment is around 13.3m for Year 1, with further estimated expenditure of between 75-95m over the next 3-5 years.

Achievements:

Developed detailed investment case for Year 1, student experience blueprint (target operating model) and designed business and delivery roadmap for digital and process change required.

Set-up and led a ‘Task Force’ – rapid response team deployed to manage major operational challenges associated with ongoing process and systems’ failure.

Responsible for the development of an ITT (invitation to tender) for scaled agile framework (SaFe).

Ardonagh Specialty is the largest independent specialty broker in the London market with offices around the globe and $7 billion GWP under management.

Advised COO on creation of a dedicated Transformation Team, conducting capability assessment and designing organisational structure and target operating model (TOM) for digital transformation - primarily to drive strategic initiatives, optimise delivery and operational alignment.
