Je viens en renfort court (1 à 3 mois max) pour :

- Backend PHP : refonte / migration legacy → moderne, scaling API, import/performance massif, qualité code + tests – toujours avec un focus sur l’impact business et la simplicité durable

- Engineering Manager intérim : prise en main rapide d’une équipe (5-10 personnes), remise sur rails delivery, process agile light, réduction dette tech, accompagnement transition/recrutement accéléré – en priorisant les décisions pragmatiques qui servent le produit

- 7 ans chez Deezer → architecture import musique/podcasts critique (millions tracks/jour), haute disponibilité, niche industrie musicale
