Hiring, training and motivating employees through the creation of a healthy workplace environment supporting effective and satisfactory service delivery. Administrating day to day operational activities of the business including purchasing, stock control, document handling, following up with clients, etcetera. Creating and implementing marketing and sales initiatives to enhance available percentage of market share being reached. Taking responsibility for the business as a legal entity and ensuring adherence to all applicable legal regulations.
