Louise in a few words
Hi, I’m Louise Kissack. I previously spent over a decade traveling the world working for global brands including McDonald’s and Costa Coffee before starting my own consultancy in 2018. I work on a project consultancy basis with clients including Krispy Kreme, Coffix and Popeyes.

Whether you're a new brand, or an existing business looking to expand, I can help you develop the strategy and tools you need to grow sustainably, including:

• Store Development
• Business & Marketing Strategy
• Operations Manuals & Staff Handbooks
• Product Build Cards & Menu Pricing
• Employee Engagement & Training Packs
• Brand Standards
• Codes of Business Conduct

I'm also passionate about small businesses and over the last 4 years I’ve helped and advised dozens of independent venues and food businesses looking to connect, develop and elevate their brands. I’ve personally connected over 100 small businesses to suppliers, consultants and advisors resulting in growth – and in some cases even investment – through Liverpool Food Network.

  • Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
    Consultant
    RESTAURANTS & FOOD SERVICE
    April 2021 - July 2021 (3 months)
    Liverpool, United Kingdom
In 2021 I worked alongside the team at Popeyes to help define the unique elements of their guest experience in preparation for their UK launch.

This included an audit of current national competitors’ products, packaging, tech, online presence, delivery experience, and where applicable a review of their Drive Thru experience.

The research was summarised into a series of recommendations as to how Popeyes could bring their key ingredients and strategy to life through a series of customer journeys.

I also carried out a review of current best practice in the industry for the recruitment and retention of staff, using this to shape a truly unique Employee Value Proposition.

In 2019 worked alongside the Krispy Kreme UK team to outline the future trends and tech influences impacting Drive Thru, providing an analysis of the critical success factors for current and future stores.

In 2020 I worked alongside the CMO at Krispy Kreme to determine how their customer experience would develop in the post-covid world.

This included carrying out interviews with several key stakeholders in the business to gain their insight into the challenges currently faced.

I facilitated several online workshops with department leads to calibrate strategic intent and solutions and presented the findings to their senior management team along with a series of suggestions for “the next normal”.
