I'm a highly experienced and qualified researcher, with a diverse and strong track record spanning more than three decades. I provide qualitative and quantitative research and analysis services for clients worldwide, covering multiple topics/sectors such as healthcare, employee research, employer branding, organizational transformation, education, and equal opportunities.

I was formerly employed in senior research roles in UK government departments, with responsibility for developing and implementing large-scale research programs in areas including immigration, employment and military personnel policy.

My current service offerings include survey design and reporting, interviews and focus groups research, qualitative coding and analysis, evaluation techniques, online business and market research, and research-based writing. I have specialist knowledge and extensive experience of NVivo, SurveyMonkey, and a range of other research and analysis software.
