I lead, directed and managed a couple of events with various clients in different sectors. Managed projects from from concept through to Initation ,development and execution. Some the events includes:

● Recruiting and directing the management of all logistics, preparations and manpower for each event (including internal staff, volunteers, freelancers, consultants, interns, production teams, venue

partners, and suppliers.)

● Creating a business case that includes a budget strategy and plan including contractual negotiations with suppliers and vendors based on my Legal background maintained, with specific reference to government reporting requirements.

● Day-to-day management of the Events, Project Management and Production team (direct report).

● Development of annual event strategies across all activities in partnership with the PR & Marketing team to deliver high-impact events, which increase the scope of the business strategies.

● Support the Communications & Sponsorship Director and Sponsorship Manager directly to identify and develop sponsorship prospects for the company initiatives like the Beacon Fest a wellness initiative

● Identify and secure pro-bono or discounted event suppliers such as production services, venues, makeup artists, fashion stylists, photographers, and videographers.

● Promote opportunities for corporate involvement and sponsorship of business initiatives.
