I have extensive experience of delivering successful projects in technology, software development, cloud computing (AWS), media, education, and public sectors. I am a Change Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner, certified in ITIL4 and Scrum.

I am ambitious and driven, with excellent interpersonal skills focused on collaboration, building strong relationships within diverse teams and with customers at all levels. In my recent role as a Project and Service Director at Digital Space, I am proud to have built and managed successful high-performing teams, introduced strong operational processes, and ensured continuous feedback and improvement within the two areas I was responsible for: Project Delivery and Service Management.

I consistently demonstrate an ability to ‘get things done’, with a good track record of turning ideas into clear actionable plans. My outstanding planning skills allow me to translate a vision into business objectives and requirements. I enjoy utilising my change management expertise to plan and implement successful change/improvement initiatives whilst ensuring stakeholder buy-in and benefit realisation.
