Lasting organisational change isn't delivered — it's built from within. My work is about helping organisations develop the capacity to sustain transformation themselves: through rigorous learning design, embedded capability, and leadership development connected to real business outcomes.

Over 15 years, I've worked across some of the world's leading financial institutions — Deutsche Bank, UBS, JPMorgan, and Aspect Capital — and with global clients in pharma and beyond, primarily in the Agile and business agility space, but also in executive coaching, facilitation, and organisational design. More recently, I served as the senior executive of a national organisation, accountable to an elected board and responsible for strategy, operations, and governance. That gives me a perspective that's unusual in this field: I understand what transformation looks like from the executive side of the table, not just the delivery side.

In practice, this means industry-standard certification programmes, Train-the-Trainer initiatives, bespoke curricula and lots more — but the deeper goal is to help organisations develop in a mode of learning: building the culture, reflection practices, and internal capacity that allow change to take root and continue long after the engagement ends.
