2h Online Workshop: Introduction to Change Management with ADKAR®
An interactive 2-hour workshop designed for managers and teams who want to understand the human side of change. Based on Prosci’s ADKAR® model, with practical tools and real project insights.
Many transformation initiatives fail not because of poor planning, but because people are not fully engaged in the change process.
This 2-hour online workshop introduces participants to the foundations of change management using the ADKAR® model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). Drawing on real-life project experience in logistics and supply chain transformations, I make the concepts practical and directly applicable.
