As an in-house consultant launched the process of Bank's ESG-transformation, devised and approved ESG strategy and other internal documents (policies), monitored the Bank's USD 2.9bn portfolio in green projects financed, formed and managed cross functional teams and led development of sustainable investment solutions.

●Managed cross-division teams in developing and implementing a range of green products and services for Bank's retail and corporate clients in emission-heavy industries including adaptational bonds, SIBs and emissions reduction schemes.

●Established an effective climate-related risk management system and made ESG screens and considerations an integral part of financing decision-making.

●Contributed to the development of national regulation, standards and recommendations related to sustainable and green finance by participating in 30+ working groups and round table conferences hosted by the Central Bank, Ministries, development and financial institutes.

Consulted companies with presence in the Arctic regions on incorporating ESG practices that led to 14% increase in the year-to-year amount of additional private equity financing.

●Curated cultural heritage projects in the Arctic regions to raise awareness and preserve unique traditions and lifestyle of indigenous peoples that allowed to raise the issue at the governmental level.

●Organised 3 scientific expeditions to the Arctic with focus on climate change, excavation, study and cloning of woolly mammoths that resulted in the opening of the World Mammoth Centre in Yakutia.

Devised a LATAM market entry strategy for Rontamil, infant and baby nutrition products brand.

●Conducted market research and competition analysis for Perrigo Company Plc, Nestle Sa.

●Built a 3-year financial forecast; negotiated contracts with 10+ distributors working with health specialist promotion.
