Offshore Ramping Events Detector – Delivered a proof-of-concept in collaboration with Université de Liège. Managed the tender process, technical specifications, milestone tracking, and test cycles with business users (operators at the Belgian National Control Centre).

Quantum Computing Research – Defined project scope, roadmap, and ecosystem partners across EMEA, the USA, and Canada. Delivered the Elia Group Post-Quantum Security Readiness Assessment in alignment with Group IT stakeholders, including C-level.
