• Oversight of Finance Department of 10 Staff (Various Levels)

• Implementation of Financial and Operational controls at Company Level (100 staff) to ensure transparency and integrity of staff, data and information

• Maximization of business synergy amongst all departments and national branches

• Preparation of IFRS Annual Financial Statements

• Financial reviews including analysis of trends, profitability, indexes, financial ratios and Service Level Agreements

• Liaising with External Auditors, Bankers regarding audit and banking requirements

• Month-End process oversight

• Financial & Operational synergy amongst various business departments and national branches

• Treasury Management (Cash Flow projections; International payments; Payment approvals)

• MIS Reporting oversight

Oversight and Management of a Team of 2 Management Accounts Lead technical accounting support, including external audit queries Supervise the monthly management accounts process and ensure timely completion Review accounting policy manual and ensure compliance with month and year-end accounts Ensure variance analysis commentary accurately reflects the performance of the entities and operations Review month-end journals Review month-end management accounts and associated balance sheet reconciliations (including borrowing schedules, investment property schedules, service charge accounts, deferred and accrued revenue, cost accruals, prepayment schedules and bank reconciliations, intercompany matrices & associated interest and recharge calculations)

Manage tax queries (including VAT queries, CIS queries, and other queries with the support of the internal tax team) Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis in preparation for corporate transactions

Continually look to build processes, improve reconciliation robustness and introduce controls Presentation of entity packs to group executives Work with Head of Shared Services, Finance Systems and FP&A teams to drive efficiencies in process, share best practice and share resource for ad-hoc projects Liaise with the various internal and external stakeholders (including external managing agents, internal property / asset managers, development teams, operational heads and wider finance team)

• Authorizing entries processed by bookkeepers

• Produce daily trading P&L from ERP (ITAS)

• Preparation of Management accounts

• Month End completion

• Cash Flow forecasting and Budget reporting
