-> Responsible for the design and development of an integrated smart infrastructure platform for sports facilities, combining hardware, software and automation into a unified operating system.

-> End-to-end ownership of product architecture and technical roadmap, aligning engineering execution with commercial objectives and long-term platform scalability. Oversight of scalable technical environments including access control systems, IoT-enabled automation, backend infrastructure, smart locker solutions and real-time operational management tools, ensuring seamless hardware–software integration, reliability and performance.

-> Product management responsibility across the full lifecycle — from concept definition and system architecture to implementation, iteration and operational deployment — ensuring structured execution and measurable outcomes.

-> Strategic alignment of technical standards, automation workflows and infrastructure decisions with operational efficiency, revenue optimization and enhanced user experience. Continuous translation of complex technical requirements into commercially viable, scalable infrastructure that strengthens operational control and asset performance.

Collaborated with a cross-functional engineering team to build a compliance and security platform for major banks and organisations in Germany using Kotlin, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React. Led the migration of application infrastructure from on-prem Azure DevOps Server to AWS, improving scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

Oversaw cloud architecture and security operations across AWS and Azure environments, with a strong focus on Kubernetes-based deployments. Designed and implemented secure cloud solutions using AWS services including Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, CloudWatch, IAM, and KMS, alongside vulnerability scanning and monitoring strategies. Conducted security assessments and penetration testing using tools such as Metasploit to strengthen system resilience.

Managed CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, supporting the full software lifecycle from development through deployment and maintenance of production systems. Optimised application performance through advanced Kotlin/JVM tuning and container configuration, enabling efficient scaling with Kubernetes HPA and EC2 Auto Scaling.

Delivered secure, highly available deployments within complex distributed infrastructure, improving system performance, reliability, and operational visibility.

Having exposure to lots of logistical technology giants like DHL and UPS. Also leading a group of interns and junior software engineers to finish multiple milestones in due time.
