• • Bloom Equity Partners are currently undertaking a proactive growth strategy across their Cyber GRC business through a focus on middle market cybersecurity consulting and solution providers with HQ in UK. I have been contracted to support the ongoing due diligence review of the target companies and acting as a strategic business advisor identifying the opportunities for synergistic growth of the existing GRC International platform and the optimal extension opportunities post successful acquisition transactions.

In February 2021, I was appointed as the Global Managing Director of BSI's Digital Trust Consulting services business with overall responsibility including P&L management, business strategy, go-to market and strategic growth agendas operating in UK, US, Ireland, Japan, Australia, UAE and Eastern Europe. Previously an underperforming business, I was appointed by the Group CEO and throughout my tenure realised significant business revenues growth and increased profitability achieved through restructuring of a legacy operating model and the establishment of leaner operations based on near-shore delivery and automation-based delivery models better aligned to client expectations.

I was tasked by the Group executive team to develop a group wide strategic plan focused on revamping the whole BSI Digital Trust go to market strategy. This group wide strategy provided overarching responsibility for the baseline £100m per annum revenues and established a pathway of growth by 2030 to group wide revenues of £200m per annum across Consulting, Regulatory Services and Assurance business units. At the point of a company-wide restructuring program which resulted in redundancy at end Nov 2024 this group wide strategy was on track to achieve the 2030 targets by 2027/2028.

Responsibilities and achievements:

• • Business strategy, "practice" development and market growth

◦ o Global management of circa 100 personnel, deployed globally as the "COO/Managing Partner" of the Digital Trust Consulting business, comprising of Digital Risk Advisory (Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and privacy) and Security Testing practices

◦ o Increased revenue (doubled) and profitability (trebled) across the Digital Trust Consulting business

◦ o Developed and implemented global operating model streamlining business operations and significantly enhancing profitability
