Mark is exceptional at what he does. When I initially brought him into Cloudsmith to build out the MOPs infrastructure, I was looking for someone to support the lead funnel and nurture sequences. But Mark took that way further than I could've expected and not only built the thorough infrastructure and processes we'd been missing but also aligned all sales, marketing, engineering and product teams on our data funnel to highlight key opportunities and increase revenue that would've otherwise gotten lost in the lead noise while creating processes to accelerate interest with low-intent leads. Everything from tech stack workflows and lead scoring models to email campaigns and event workflows, Mark is incredibly thorough and would be a true asset to any company looking for assistance in building these out.
