I have experience of drafting the development and managing complex Statement of Works (SOW’s), contract extensions, contract change requests (CR’s) and the management of various RFQ’s within the Cyber Security Division. The contract values typically ranged from around £16M to £400m. As a Senior Manager and Commercial Procurement Lead, I managed the operational delivery and effective Sub Contract management across a number of existing large outsourced service contracts.
