I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership and organisational design, helping companies rethink how they deploy senior talent to unlock growth.

Across nearly twenty years in Asia, I’ve partnered with founders, CEOs and boards to navigate growth inflection points, design leadership team structures and translate complexity into clarity. My experience includes founding a strategic loyalty consultancy, launching technology powering global credit card rewards programmes, and establishing Singapore’s largest loyalty coalition backed by Temasek and DFI Retail Group.

Most recently, I built and led the Singapore market entry for a fractional leadership ecosystem, securing a government-backed pilot programme and establishing one of the country’s earliest structured approaches to integrating experienced leaders on a fractional basis.

I believe the future of leadership is contextual. Organisations don’t always need more headcount; they need the right capability, at the right time, in the right structure.

Today, I advise organisations exploring fractional models, leadership integration and strategic direction, and I contribute to the broader conversation on how senior work is evolving in Asia.
