• • I served as the global partner on comprehensive rewards programs including equity compensation (share incentive plans, stock options), performance incentives (short/long-term plans, bonus schemes), and total remuneration strategies (annual pay reviews, global mobility, and benchmarking).

• • I built global C&B processes and a service catalogue from scratch, standardizing practices across 35+ countries to improve efficiency and compliance.

• • I implemented two global Share Plan platforms, replacing legacy systems post-IPO and adapting them for M&A.
