o Led multiple engagements with REGA, including designing the strategy for the newly incubated real-estate development sector within the authority and developing the sector’s pricing strategy. Also produced monthly and quarterly reports presented to the SMO on Riyadh’s real-estate prices and transactions in response to recent policy shifts affecting supply and demand in the city
- Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH)
o Led the establishment of the Integrated Development Management Office within the Real Estate Development Deputyship to oversee the government’s off-plan project portfolio
- Regional Development Authorities/ Cities
o Developed an integrated strategy framework for regional development authorities and emerging cities, encompassing city strategy and master planning, visitor experience strategy, and community engagement strategy. Public Investment Fund (PIF)
o Part of multiple engagements with newly incubated PIF entities, including Mukaab and Amaala, focused on developing concepts and establishing development companies (DevCos). Work spanned the creation of the organizational blueprint and its translation into full organizational activation, setting up the entity end-to-end. Scope included concept strategy, operating model design and implementation, execution roadmap development, and program management

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH)
o Led the development of a transformation strategy for a GCC housing-focused crowdfunding platform affiliated with the Ministry. The strategy aimed to increase donor value and enhance the end-to-end experience for charities, donors, and beneficiaries. The transformation enabled the platform to increase donations by over 50% and expand the number of families supported by 80%

- Social Infrastructure sector:
Abu Dhabi Education Council
o Led a cost optimization and revenue enhancement transformation strategy for the education sector, focused on Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in a GCC country. The output of this exercise entailed developing the transformation roadmap, including business cases for a series of initiatives to help reduce cost per HEI and develop new revenue generating channels that will allow for a macro level reduction in government spending on the higher education sector

King Saud University
o Led the development of the transformation strategy and business case for the largest public university in KSA to reduce reliance on government funding and transition toward a more self-governing, financially sustainable model. Work included redesigning the university’s strategy and operating model and developing a comprehensive business case quantifying financial benefits for both the university and the government, alongside the broader impact on key stakeholders

Jameel Investment and Management Company
o Developed a market and feasibility Study for a mixed-use development in Makkah, KSA. The study outcome included a high-level review of the Saudi macro economy, tourism environment, residential and hotel market. The recommendations included identifying the optimal land use mix and suited operating model

- Social Infrastructure sector:
Royal Commission of Riyadh City
o Developed a strategy to maximize the socio-economic value of Arriyadh’s planned public transport system, supported by a focused set of policies and programs. Work centered on two strategic levers: enabling local SMEs to participate in the emerging supply market and addressing workforce capability gaps through targeted policy and program interventions. The effort delivered an integrated portfolio of 18 initiatives to enhance the system’s long-term socioeconomic impact.
