I've worn both hats: hands-on Staff/Principal engineer and engineering leader. As Founder & CEO of NovaSquare, I bootstrapped ai_licia (a real-time AI co-host for live streamers) to $120k ARR and 10,000+ users. As Head of Platforms at Unibuddy, I built an award-winning Internal Developer Platform (Haystack Pioneer Award 2022) that cut idea-to-production time from 1 week to under half a day.

I specialise in Platform Engineering, Cloud Native architecture (Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Azure), CI/CD optimisation, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). My stack spans Kotlin, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Flutter.
