I help large enterprises cut through AI hype and build adoption that actually works.

I've spent 20+ years in technical roles — starting as a system and network engineer, moving through project management and a CIO position overseeing infrastructure, product portfolio, and multi-year technology roadmaps for a mid-size Italian software company. For the last 6 years I've been running complex global technical programs at Applause, working with enterprise clients on software delivery, SaaS, API integration, and real-time payment systems.

The last 2–3 years I've focused increasingly on AI adoption: not the theory, but the practical question of why most initiatives fail to translate into business outcomes — and what process, governance, and literacy changes are needed to fix that. This work sits alongside my primary role and runs through MomillaLab, a consultancy I founded for Italian and international markets.
