I am a strategy consultant with extensive experience leading diverse teams internationally and delivering programs for clients in multi-national organisations, SMEs, and non-profit organizations.

My focus is on areas in international development and climate change to create sustainable change for people and planet, including: inclusive business and supply chains, value chain development, market systems development, climate resilience and mitigation. I structure and conduct market and field research assignments, conduct rigorous data analysis, and generate insights to deliver impactful outcomes for organizations.

Past experiences include:

1) Delivered recommendations to a leading African-led NGO to support the development of agricultural output markets in Kenya and Uganda to increase the incomes of 1M+ smallholder farmers. I conducted extensive desk and field research (>50 stakeholders) to identify market challenges and needs of key players, scoped potential interventions, and modelled the scale of reach and impact under various scenarios.

2) Designed a technical assistance pilot program for a foundation to support the development of the Ugandan dairy sector. I conducted interviews with dairy SMEs to identify challenges and needs, created a market segmentation of SMEs, and proposed a technical assistance program. This proposal has progressed to a concept note stage with a level of funding proposed by the foundation.

3) Delivered recommendations to an innovative waste management company in Ghana to improve operational efficiency by 35% to access international climate finance. I reviewed key operational and business management processes to identify bottlenecks, interviewed management and operational staff to gain insights on key issues, designed and implemented KPIs to improve identification and remediation of key process issues, provided recommendations on how to improve working conditions and a site re-design to improve process efficiency.
