Description:
In this exciting and very challenging project, I was involved as a Project Manager, switching when needed with a Data Architect hat, to lead the reengineering and harmonization of the Power BI reporting for BENELUX Direct & Indirect Sales, Market Share and CRM Analysis. Rapidly building a strong trust relationship with our sponsor helped the team identify new leads.
