My name is Maksim Vainores. I’ve been working in technical production and lighting for over 25 years — from local events to international projects and road shows.
My core values are depth, accuracy, and responsibility. I turn a creative vision into a technically solid and visually impactful production. I work as a technical director, coordinator and lighting designer — bridging the gap between concept and execution.
I’m fluent in Vectorworks and operate GrandMA and Avolites consoles. I think like a designer, drafter and technician. I prepare tech plots for rental companies, manage logistics, supervise builds and strikes, and cover lighting, sound, LED, rigging, and staging.
What makes my experience unique is that I’ve worked on both sides: agency and technical supplier. I understand the needs of each and know how to build smooth collaboration from planning to delivery.
