I work closely with the ERP team on various projects and based on my vast experience I assure to give them a strong background in ERP solution delivery. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the ERP Practice, helping to ensure that the team is performing at its best and that customers are satisfied

• Work with the leads to identify and implement improvements across all ERP deliverables

• Assist ERP team with implementations, providing guidance and oversight

• Set vision and strategy for the team – keep ahead on the product roadmap and identify opportunities to introduce new add-on products and services

• Build strong personal and trusting relationships with clients and provide expert advice that will result in tailored solutions

• Work with internal teams during the sales cycle towards a successful contractual agreement. Position solutions and services to win new business and grow customer accounts.

• Participate in the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of client proposals and solutions, including the provision of effort estimates and costings for full solution implementations

• Lead meetings and discussions with both technical and non-technical resources

• Maintain a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with the customer and identify opportunities for further project work.

• Develop team schedules and utilization forecasts

• Work in an oversight role with senior consultants to ensure implementations are in line with the proposed design and overall standards I also possess expertise in Data Migration, Information Security, and Reporting areas which are very crucial in any ERP Project Delivery. Add-on to this, I also possess Integration expertise which completes the bridge between the Functional and Technical streams. My combo for Techno-Functional can be used in selling, shaping, defining, and implementing our ERP engagements.

Responsible for the solution architectures for one or more of our customers engagements across Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud Applications and/or Oracle E Business Suite, ensuring they will deliver the needs of the customers through a commercially viable approach. Specifying and assuring both end-to-end and component solutions as well as integration architectures Peer-review designs and solutions and provide constructive practical feedback to enhance the outcome for the customer from a quality, speed, effectiveness, and resilience perspective. Identify and manage key risks relevant to the solutions or architectures of engagements. Be a leader in providing innovative solutions to customer problems. Assisting consultants with complex requirement from a customer that they are not sure can be technically delivered, help them to come up with a way of making it happen.
