I am a dynamic manager with technical, design and commercial acumen, leading strategic planning, organisational operations and product development in the MedTech and BioTech industries. I have demonstrated success in influencing decision making, identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing product growth. I possess broad knowledge of the medical device and diagnostic industries, manufacturing processes, regulations and products. I work predominantly in SME and start up environments driving product development from concept through to commercialisation. I’m passionate about creating disruption through innovative product design and women’s healthcare.
