I lead a consultancy practice designed to allow companies to discover what synergies work in their business practices and how to further strengthen them. Most recently, I have worked with teams delivering competency driven solutions to improve work performance. I have worked in a number of HR and competency driven areas, and aim to develop all areas of key management skills regardless of level. I deliver highly proactive and experiential leadership/ high performing teams programmes which are delivered to the required needs and outcomes - all are ILM accredited which exemplifies the quality and standard of the programmes. I also deliver sports and business mental toughness programs to get the very best out of people and recently have been involved in the Bath RFC Academy and Bristol Ladies RFC. This is an area which I have found is very relevant and needed in many sectors. Having a 'toolbox' of interventions to help you deal with external stressors is invaluable, no matter who you are or at what level you are.
