This role marks a natural evolution of my journey from Project Management into a more strategic and structured Product & Business Analysis position. It allows me to focus deeply on shaping digital products from early discovery to MVP definition and delivery alignment. As a Senior Digital Products Analyst, I drive structured Business Analysis processes for complex digital platforms (web applications, portals, multi-iteration products), ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment prior to development, and maintaining oversight during the development phase. Lead end-to-end Business Analysis for innovative digital initiatives. Facilitate discovery sessions to elicit stakeholder needs and expectations. Define product scope, objectives, constraints, and success criteria for project alignment. Structure MVP definition and prioritize delivery effectively. Translate requirements into Epics & User Stories for development (JIRA). Develop functional flows, documentation, and roadmap proposals that guide project delivery. Support estimation processes and delivery strategy decisions across projects. Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation constraints early in the process. Ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout the analysis phase. Aid development and UAT phases by providing clarifications and refining the backlog. This role challenges me to bring structure to ambiguity, pose the right questions early, and craft a clear path from business idea to scalable digital product.

This position has continuously challenged me, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and testing my limits. I simultaneously managed this role while fulfilling my responsibilities as a Project Manager, demonstrating

my commitment to timely project delivery and efficient reallocation of tasks when necessary. This role has enhanced insights into business development, client and engagement, team performance evaluations, and internal team management, including allocations and budgeting. It pushed me to learn extensively, particularly in domains had less experience in, such as sales, finance, marketing, public relations, and operations. Liaise with existing team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure achievement of set goals. Observe, analyze, and offer constructive suggestions on current operations. Coordinate and schedule meetings and training sessions with team members and stakeholders. Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes to facilitate new team members' integration. Establish strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster collaboration. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients while identifying creative strategies for organizational growth. Attend workshops, lectures, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Prepare monthly reports detailing various departmental activities, projects, and budget statuses.
