Over the past 15 years, I have collaborated with founders and investors, guiding them through the process of launching and scaling their organisations. Through lean and agile methodologies, I have helped establish their product-market fit. Furthermore, I have played a pivotal role in developing effective go-to-market strategies, establishing robust sales and marketing channels, and facilitating successful investment rounds.

Successes include winning the Start-Up Series, the UK's largest Seed Funding Competition, as well as driving rapid growth from £1.1M to £9.4M within a three-year period for one client. Additionally, I orchestrated a £38.1M exit for a prestigious global university brand, demonstrating my ability to structure and execute lucrative deals. I also successfully raised £2.8M and provided vital support in launching a large-scale Festival/Hospitality Event during the London Olympics.
