My expertise spans the end-to-end delivery of experiential events (concept to execution) and strategic social media marketing, covering content, copy, and performance. I also facilitate wellbeing workshops aimed at team energy and growth. Recently, I founded Blueem, a project dedicated to integrating Generative AI into creative workflows to modernize business strategies. Additionally, I have a strong background in professional driver coaching, developing curricula focused on defensive driving, psychology, and safety drills for both individuals and corporate fleets. As at Slovakia's first professional Safe Driving Center, I managed a multi-million euro facility and led 15 instructors, while developing new training methodologies for all vehicle types. Since 2010, I have overseen the training of thousands of drivers, ensuring they master vehicle control through the curriculum I designed.

Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for new product introductions at MAHLE—from prototype and pre-series builds to SOP and ramp-up. Coordinate suppliers, packaging, material flow and transportation to meet PPAP/SOP milestones with zero line stops and minimal premium freight.
