I am responsible for the whole project which started out as an idea, then moved onto a POC and ultimately turned into a full-fledged SASS product. I am responsible for all software aspects of the product - cloud architecture, software architecture, tech stack, feature implementation, etc.

I was responsible for the growth and career path of my software engineering team. I was also responsible for deploying them to various projects considering their skills and personal development goals.

As an architect, I was involved with multiple projects often setting up the technical teams when we first engaged with a client of ours.

I was also invited to multiple projects as a consultant to help with technical challenges and provide guidance.

As Head of Solutions, I managed the division responsible for innovations working with the CTO of the company. I designed the process for gathering and evaluating ideas for new products and services based on methodologies like Lean Startup, Jobs to be done, and Outcome-Driven Innovation.

Our goal was to create a micro-startup ecosystem within the company to allow new ideas to flow without obstacles. I was deeply involved with each idea by providing coaching, taking part in initiatives, talking with potential clients, helping with validation, etc.
